Morro Bay RV Camping – Coastal Paradise Awaits!

Located 13 miles west of San Luis Obispo, the Morro Bay State Park is the one that features natural day habitats and a lagoon. The brackish and saltwater marshes that tend to breed the bird population are on the lagoon. The campground is the closest camp spot to Morro Rock. However, it is important to make early reservations as it is usually booked all summer.

Harborview RV Park

If you want to see the best view of Tillamook Bay which is there on the coast, you should visit Harborview RV Park, as you will enjoy more hookups. The RV campground is feasible and within walking distance of several restaurants and fish markets.

There is utmost care taken as the organizers keep the grounds groomed and landscaped the entire year long. One is able to enjoy the amenities such as picnic tables, barbecues, and a fire pit. The organizers extend their generosity and make sure that the guests feel at home.

Rancho Colina

This RV Campground is open all year round with 60 RV spots. It has no tent camping, and the roads are also paved with crushed rock parking pads. There are some spots that have a picnic table. In the outskirts of the Morro Bay, there is a clean and quiet RV Park.

Besides that, there are marinas, beaches and the downtown bay area. This area is popular for its seafood restaurants. Approximately there are 10 campgrounds around the Morro Bay and one should make sure that they make their reservations early.

Silver City Resort

A small resort minutes away from the Mineral King Valley, offers its guests an authentic mountain experience which is perfect for adventure seekers, hikers and families. The resort is nestled in the heart of Carson Valley and has the crystal blue waters of the Lake Tahoe.

Cerro Alto Campground

Well-known for hiking and mountain biking, the Cerro Alto Campground is located at a short distance from the beaches of Morro Bay. Visitors enjoy fishing, surfing, sailing, and kayaking at these beaches. The Cerro Alto Campground offers a pristine and serene environment.

This campground offers single-family sites for tent or for RV camping and each site is equipped with a campfire ring and grill as well as a table. Vault toilets are provided. However, no hookups are available.
